Heuristic procedure for the discursive analysis of the legal text from the virtual environments in the Spanish - Literature course

Abstract

The research presented here was the result of an experience consolidated from virtual environments in times of pandemic. It was motivated by the search for new ways to continue with the teaching-learning process of the subjects of the curriculum, in particular, the subject Discourse Analysis for the Spanish-Literature course. This subject is key for the teaching of Spanish, which contributes to strengthen the training of professionals with an efficient communication, from the study of the different textual typologies. A study is carried out that takes into account the postulates of textual linguistics, the criteria of the authors regarding discursive analysis and new judgments are contributed from their own perspective, which led to draw as an objective: to elaborate a heuristic procedure to contribute to the learning of the content of the discursive analysis of legal text from virtual environments. The proposal was carried out during the first semester of 2000-2021, through the Moodle platform of the university and the creation of Telegram and WhatsApp groups. It had as results the delivery of systematic activities and final works of the subject, with the required quality.
