The development of legal working qualities: achievements in the professional training of law students at the Universidad Laica "Eloy Alfaro" in Manabí

Abstract

Ecuadorian Higher Education is committed to maintaining its model of a modern, humanistic, scientific, technological, innovative university, integrated into society and committed to building a prosperous and sustainable society. Furthermore, it is characterized by the formation of values and quality assurance of its substantive processes, which are updated with the accelerated scientific-technological development to respond to social demands. The present article arises due to the need to solve the insufficiencies presented by law students from the ethical-moral development in their formative process, which limit their ways of acting to solve professional legal problems. In such sense, a conception is presented to develop the juridical labor qualities in the process of formation of the students of this career of the Universidad Laica "Eloy Alfaro" of Manabí. By means of the implementation in the practice, positive results in the process of development of the juridical labor qualities are evidenced, from the establishment of new relations from the appropriation of the juridical labor knowledge and the juridical professional systematization, elements that characterize a professional of Law in the different formative scenarios.
