Alternative for the formation of environmental attitudes in career students Special Education

Abstract

The article deals with the formation of environmental attitudes in the future professionals of Special Education, which constitutes a premise for the protection of the environment and the elevation of the quality of human life. The preparation of education professionals means that they can count on the indispensable resources to solve the environmental problems they face on a daily basis and develop an environmental culture so that in their professional performance they contribute to the formation of future generations. In the initial training of the Special Education professional it is necessary to strengthen environmental education from the academic, labor, research and extension components that provide knowledge to influence, in turn, the environmental education of school children with special educational needs. In this article we propose an alternative formed by a group of actions with a systemic, integrative and interdisciplinary approach. During the application of the alternative students of the Special Education career were motivated by the application of new knowledge and demonstrated an environmental attitude.
