Management and Labor/Organizational Participation. An approach to the recurrent logics of business development
Keywords:

Participation takes on special significance for business development processes. The labor and organizational sphere imprints particularities on it that differentiate it from other broader participatory spheres such as the community or social spheres. The conscious assumption of the fundamental contradictions of the business system is the first step towards overcoming the traditional forms of non-emancipatory participation. This article aims to systematize administrative theories and socio-psychological approaches, revealing recurrent links and logics of the "order/change" dynamic in the company, which influence current conceptions of labor and organizational participation. He relies on the historical-logical method, sociological analysis and reflexology. Its results highlight correlations -sometimes temporal and of meaning-, between the theoretical explanatory approaches of management science, business archetypes or models, management systems and technologies, human talent management paradigms and explanatory theories of labor/organizational participation. It also reflects the contradictory order/change dynamics of the contemporary entrepreneurial system, characterized by the asymmetry in the performance of the role/function of leaders and followers, which limit the deployment of participative forms of emancipatory character; being a necessity to deepen the studies of this problematic in the context of improvement of the Cuban state enterprise in order to stimulate the deployment of the capacities contained in the productive forces and to respond to the demands of the process of updating the economic and social model.
