Developmental learning model of computer science

Abstract

The training of computer professionals is a current need, so the study of their learning and development is vital. Starting from a logical historical analysis of the fundamental categories on learning and its current conceptions, the article presents in a first moment the conceptions about the developmental learning of computer science from the positions of the Theory of Subjectivity. In a second moment, the definitions about the models that allow the author to take sides about its structure are analyzed in order to formulate, finally, the proposed model of developmental learning of informatics in Cuba. This model has a system of philosophical, psychological and informatics foundations that are integrated in a didactic system including a system of fundamental concepts. These constitute the basis of the communication system, the informatics contents of the curriculum, as well as the teaching strategies to support the evaluation devices.
