Agricultural labor training in university students

Abstract

The article proposes activities to promote agricultural labor training for teachers in the career of Labor Education through the contents of the Agricultural subject. The article assesses the shortcomings of the teaching-learning process in the agricultural sector that influence the labor training of graduates of the Labor Education career in the process of formation. These activities from the didactics offer a way of acting that the student employs in his performance during his preparation and execution for the practical classes. With this proposal, students are encouraged to acquire and develop knowledge about the Agricultural subject from an environmental perspective and become aware of the need to regulate their relationship with the environment where they develop their work practice and the environment, which will enable adequate job training and professional guidance for future generations.
