Professional development: shared values

Abstract

Currently education in values ​​is a problem that concerns and is the subject of analysis by politicians, specialists and educators from different countries, regardless of the existing social system, and this is because it is a global problem, inextricably linked to the very existence of the human being, the development of his personality and his condition of being social. The Ecuadorian educational system is immersed in a set of transformations that aim to contribute to the integral formation of the professional. These changes that occur do not escape the formation of values ​​in the context of training of professionals. The aim of this article is to discuss the contemporary theoretical-methodological conceptions of values, in order to elaborate in the professional task educational and methodological strategies aimed at the students, the family and the communities. The aim is to deepen, in addition, the progress made regarding the importance of this training in the professional context.
