The oral expression and its influency in the laboral formation of qualified worker

Abstract

The formation of new generations in the 21st century is one of the priorities of Cuban education. In this sense, job training is a topic of social significance and relevance in the preparation of students for a trade, which is imposed new challenges in this process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop in the students the oral expression, linguistic skill or communicative capacity essential for an efficient communication in its diverse contexts of action. Accordingly, this article focuses on how to train a competent qualified worker that makes correct use of oral expression, so that it facilitates its work and offers services of need and social utility throughout its life. This allows to reveal his growth and personological development, when facing responsibly his tasks in the work and educational environment, in which he must be able to communicate in an appropriate way. Therefore, actions are offered aimed at the development of oral expression from the students' job training, in which the teacher plays a fundamental role as a guide in that process. This contributes to the comprehensive preparation of the future professionals of Technical and Vocational Education, in correspondence with the technical, productive and behavior requirements established in this level of education.
