Strategy for the training of tutors of the pedagogical practice in labor training

Abstract

The article proposes a strategy for the training of the tutors of the pedagogical practice in the work training at the Higher Institute of Educational Sciences (ISCED) in Huambo-Angola province, which responds to the inadequacies detected during the work training of the fifth year students of the Mathematics career. Through the application of empirical methods, it was possible to identify that one of the fundamental causes of these insufficiencies is given by the lack of preparation of teachers who assume the role of tutors during this stage to guide, accompany and evaluate students in training. The proposal was submitted to the criteria of experts and was evaluated as pertinent and feasible, allowing these students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to face this task in the new context in which education in Angola is developed.
