In the specific case of students of the Pedagogy-Psychology career who have specific functions such as educational guidance and counseling to managers, they need to be trained with skills to manage social relations from their ability to unify criteria, develop collaborative work and be an enterprising protagonist as an essential feature of an educational leader. Hence, the objective of this article is aimed at offering methodological procedures to develop pedagogical leadership in the educational psychologist as a necessary competence for efficient professional performance. For this purpose, an analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and review of the theory on the subject was carried out as a starting point for the proposal.
