Methodological proposal to develop sociocultural management as a skill in the educational field

Abstract

The research is focused on the study of the process of sociocultural management as a skill in the educational field, and establishes a contribution in this field. In the study, epistemological positions of some researchers who approach the subject are the object of analysis. The paper presents the results of a research based on how to contribute to the development of sociocultural management as a professional skill in the Sociocultural Management for Development career. Its objective was framed in the elaboration of functional invariants that contribute to the preparation of teachers for the development of sociocultural management as a professional skill in the Sociocultural Management for Development career. Empirical methods and techniques (surveys, interviews and observation) were used in the research, as well as the analysis-synthesis method to process the results, conceive the foundations of the functional invariants of the skill and assess the opinion of the selected specialists. The proposed functional invariants contain actions and operations to be followed by teachers for the development of sociocultural management as a professional skill.
