LA ÉTICA EN LA MISIÓN DEL MAESTRO: RETOS A LA PROFESIÓN PEDAGÓGICA
ETHIC IN THE TEACHER´S MISSION: CHALLENGES OF THE PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSION
Resumen
La ética en la formación profesional del maestro requiere la integración de dos direcciones: la actitud ante el trabajo y el amplio campo de las relaciones y comunicación interpersonales. En consonancia con lo planteado, se ofrece un artículo que resume la importancia de la preparación ético-profesional del maestro por su rol social y los retos que exigen las condiciones actuales en su desempeño profesional. El artículo está sustentado en la integración coherente de fundamentos filosóficos, sociológicos, psicológicos y pedagógicos para contribuir a resolver la contradicción que se expresa en el conocimiento teórico sobre la ética profesional y los modos de actuación personal y social de alumnos y maestros.
ABSTARCT
The ethics for upgrading the teacher's professional formation requires for the integration of two addresses: the attitude before the work and the wide field of the relationships and interpersonal communication. In consonance with that outlined, it is offered an article that summarizes the importance of the teachers´ ethically preparation for their social role and the challenges that demand the current conditions in their professional acting. The article is sustained in the coherent integration of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical foundations to contribute to solve the contradiction that is expressed in the theoretical knowledge on the professional ethics and the personal and social performance of students and teachers.
