LA FORMACIÓN DE INTERESES PROFESIONALES PEDAGÓGICOS: UN RETO PARA LOS EDUCADORES DE LAS UNIVERSIDADES DE CIENCIAS PEDAGÓGICAS
THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS: A CHALLENGE FOR TEACHERS OF THE PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCES UNIVERSITY
Resumen
La formación de intereses profesionales hacia las carreras pedagógicas constituye una demanda social, plasmada en el Modelo del Profesional del futuro Licenciado en Educación Preescolar. Este diseño estipula que el educador preescolar debe distinguirse por el amor hacia los niños, el respeto a la profesión, la autoestima personal y profesional. Acorde con lo anterior, como respuesta a las insuficiencias que aún persisten en el proceso de formación de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Educación Preescolar, que limitan la calidad de la motivación profesional, se propone un modelo pedagógico de esta formación que devela la singularidad del proceso formativo desde una argumentación pedagógica de carácter teórico-metodológico. Dicho modelo se presenta a través del presente artículo que pondera esta problemática como un reto para los educadores de las universidades pedagógicas actuales.
ABSTRACT
Pedagogical professional orientation is one of the fundamental topics of investigation in the Ministry of Education, refereed to initial and permanent formation of professional interests towards pedagogical majors, and it constitutes a social demand, achieved in the model, conceived for the future professional development of the Bachelor in Nursery Education. This model conceives the nursery educator as someone who is distinguished by the feeling of love towards children; respect to his/her profession and a high personal and professional self-esteem. In correspondence with the above stated, and answering to the insufficiencies in the process of formation of students of this major, that limit the quality of their professional motivation, a pedagogical model of this formation is proposed that shows the singularity of this process of formation from a perspective of an argumentation with a theoretical and methodological character.
