El presente artículo tiene como objetivo explicar la lógica del método formativo de la práctica profesional del psicólogo, a través del abordaje de sus tres momentos esenciales y el sistema de procedimientos. Este método da cuenta de las regularidades del modelo educativo de dicha práctica profesional en las organizaciones laborales (Deroncele, 2015), al tiempo que evidencia los procesos internos de la formación (tiempo, distancia y espacio) (Ferry, 1997; Rojas, 2008; Martínez, 2007; Mercerón, 2011; Téllez, 2012), los cuales también se sintetizan en el espacio formativo, personalizado por el psicólogo durante su desempeño en las organizaciones. El despliegue de este método concreta como eje formativo los recursos laborales profesionales del) y promueve como resultado la construcción de la competencia organizacional psicólogo (recursos técnico-operacionales, recursos metodológicos y recursos epistémico-investigativos profesionalizante de este (Deroncele, 2015).
ABSTRACT
The proposed formative method is expression of the regularities of the educational pattern of the psychologist's professional practice in the labor organizations (Deroncele, 2015), at the time that evidences the internal processes of formation (time, distances and space) (Ferry, 1997; Rojas, 2008; Martínez, 2007; Mercerón, 2011; Téllez, 2012), which synthesis in the formative space, personalized by the psychologist during the construction of the formative context in the organizations. The development of the method it is revealed the psychologist's professionals resources (technician-operational resources, methodological resources and epistémico-investigative resources) they are constituted in formative axis, they promote the psychologist's competence (Deroncele, 2015). The article has as objective to explain the formative logic of the method through the approach of the three essential moments, as well as the system of procedures.
