Abstract

This work analyzes the state of the adoption of virtual classrooms of the Universidad de Oriente to approach the possible causes of its limitations. Indicators such as: technological support, organization of teacher preparation, registered users, empty classrooms, activities and resources used, attitude towards technologies and technological beliefs are taken into account. The analysis revealed some of the challenges the institution faces in the digitalization of its processes.
