Sculenta location: possibilities of commercialization and personal economic development

Abstract

The fruit of the plant Colocasia Esculenta (Chinese potato), despite its exquisite taste and nutrients that it provides to humans, is essentially used for animal consumption, representing precisely the above exposed the motive that justifies the writing of the present, which has as its central objective "Disclose from the benefits set out above, the possibility of marketing this product in stores, restaurants and other markets. In the development of the research that served as the basis for the writing of this scientific article, theoretical and empirical methods of scientific research were used, as well as mathematical and statistical methods. The research activity developed provided results that reveal the feasibility of large-scale marketing of the tuber under study, which can contribute to raising the quality of life of the entrepreneur and their families, as well as being a new source of work for Ecuadorian society.
