Pedagogical strategy to develop pedagogical work training in the career Bachelor of Primary Education

Abstract

The pedagogical work training of the students of the Primary Education Degree, is part of an essentially formative process that prepares them to lead the educational teaching process. This research proposes a system of actions oriented to the insertion of contents that respond to the academic and research components in the work activities that the students of the Course by Encounters carry out, during the development of the pedagogical professional practice in the base work entities. The application of research contributes to the achievement of this objective, emphasizing the integration of the contributions of the teaching disciplines that make up the Main Integrating Discipline of the course. Methods were used such as: analysis-synthesis, systemic approach, modeling, interviews, scientific observation, document review, triangulation; techniques and procedures were applied to determine the preparation of students, teachers and tutors. The pedagogical labor formation is approached from the considerations of diverse authors from the philosophical, psychological, sociological, and pedagogical aspects. It is a result of the research project: "La formación inicial pedagógica en Granma".
