Abstract

Nowadays, companies choose to work with soft models, where changes can be implemented and administrative tools can be adapted to the new times; these models have the advantage of being flexible and allowing the constant adaptation required by the current context. Companies with a rigid structure work, but the activities are carried out in a more fragmented way and this often causes problems in the exchange and collaboration between departments and workers. Process management is a way of organizing work with a customer focus, which allows continuous and structured improvement, as well as establishing improvement objectives and their sequence. The term Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has been coined several years ago in economic theory, after its insertion in this field. The objective of this article is to present the design of a procedure to manage Cuban micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), elaborated from the study of their emergence in the country, which is still considered new, but it is valid to recognize that cooperation between enterprises and productive chains have been used, both elements considered in the literature as forms of associativity. For this purpose, the historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and documentary-analytical scientific research methods were used.
