Main tasks of the postgraduate program at the Centro Universitario Municipal Majibacoa

Abstract

The work presented here was a contribution to postgraduate management at the Majibacoa Municipal University Center, which was conceived as a cyclical process to make management effective and pertinent. It included the following stages: characterization of the prioritized entities and organizations of the territory, quantification of the potential of professionals, determination of postgraduate training needs, conception of the postgraduate plan and its development, evaluation of the impact of the postgraduate programs and their continuous feedback, attending to the postgraduate training needs. The research considered the results obtained in the diagnosis of the needs for improvement and the impact of postgraduate activity carried out in the period 2018-2021. The greatest impacts demonstrated the satisfactory behavior of the indicators of professionals who excel in different postgraduate figures, among them, courses, workshops and master's academic programs.
