The Estrategia pedagógica para la superación del docente de música sobre Laureano Fuentes Matons

Abstract

The approach to the musical work of any composer is of unquestionable value from the national and local level, as a conservation of music and the contributions of composers from previous centuries, who offer music teachers and students an extraordinary legacy of cultural knowledge. Hence, the objective of this article is to present a pedagogical strategy for the improvement of the music teacher on Laureano Fuentes Matons. In its realization, we started from a diagnosis, to verify the difficulties in the teachers of the selected music school, which made possible through the observation to classes theoretical-methodological fissures, as well as the interview to directors corroborated that their knowledge of the local musicians of great importance for the culture and musical pedagogy is poor. Likewise, the review of documents revealed limitations in the treatment of this author from an integrating approach in the subjects of the career. Therefore, promoting the life and work of musical composers in the training of music school teachers not only favors their cognitive domains, but also stimulates the learning of students in music careers and specialties and reveals the significance of local composers and pedagogues in different regions for universal and national culture.
