The preparation and improvement of the cadres: an orderly task of the Baraguá Municipal Branch

Abstract

The objective of this work is to propose actions to strengthen the Program for the Improvement and Preparation of Cadres and Reserves in order to give continuity to the Local Improvement Program of the municipality. Surveys and a diagnosis of the cognitive level of the Cuadros and Reserves on Local Development were applied. We were able to identify the weaknesses and strengths that the municipality has to carry out local development, as well as the particularities of each entity to face this task and for its solution, a system of actions that contribute to the training of cadres and reserves has been elaborated. In the development of the work, the methods of the theoretical level were used: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, inductive-deductive and structural systemic; of the empirical level: observation, interview, questionnaire and documentary analysis. The scientific evaluation showed that the proposed actions were effective because the cadres and reserves involved in the task were able to appropriate knowledge and skills to design preparation and improvement plans taking into account the results of the evaluation.
