Improvement strategy for the development of research skills in managers of cultural institutions

Abstract

The present research work is based on the need to address the difficulties in the training of cultural managers for the improvement of research skills as part of the university's accompaniment to the institutions of the territory in terms of local development. An improvement strategy is presented, in order to offer the theoretical and practical tools necessary for the development of research skills in the managers of cultural institutions in Baracoa in correspondence with the current demands. Special attention is given, throughout the research, to the socio-cultural characteristics of the Baracoa territory.
