The legal education of primary school students from the contents of the subject History of Cuba

Abstract

The research that was carried out is based on the need to solve a problem related to the inadequacies in the treatment of legal education in primary school children. With a view to its solution, didactic activities were elaborated from the contents of the subject History of Cuba. For this purpose, several scientific methods and techniques were used, such as: historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, systemic-structural, observation, interviews, surveys and documentary study. Its introduction in the educational practice of elementary school revealed that the activities allow a greater knowledge of the Cuban constitutional movement, as well as the strengthening of the juridical axiology from the teaching of history.
