Mentoring in the process of training the professional in the preschool career

Abstract

The present work addresses the need to improve the role of the tutor in the training of the preschool professional from the employment component. It aims to develop integrated tutorial action activities for teachers in training and the university tutor. They are developed mainly through the labour component. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used to achieve detailed information on the initial and final state of preparation of tutors and teachers in training to take on the task. With the implementation of the activities, the role of the tutor and the preparation of the professional of the career from the labour component is favoured, as the challenge that constitutes at the present time, in which superior results were obtained that corroborate the effectiveness of the same.
