The education in the economic desicion – making competence of economics students

Abstract

The following article offers a formative model in the economic decision-making competence of Economics’ students during their formative process, beginning with the consideration of the relationship between the content assumption of the different disciplines of the profession and the integrative approach of their professional efficiency in their laboral and social context, as well as the integration of the academic, laboral and research components within instructive, educative and developmental approach. It is based on the conception of the education of the professionals taking into consideration the competence from the perspective of the social and human development. For the fulfillment of this article several methods, analysis, synthesis, system approach, models and documents’ review were applied. This model can be known at a national level in the context of the education of Economics’ students.
