Abstract

In Cuba, the policies outlined by the Revolution laid the foundations to achieve greater well-being for the people, prioritizing health and education. More than 60 years later, social transformations continue to have as a priority the training and preparation of all citizens to face the challenges of the current context, and where culture becomes a factor of integration of all development processes. In Blanca Rosa, a community in Las Tunas in vulnerable conditions, in the eastern municipality of Majibacoa, living conditions affect the progress and well-being of people. For this reason, an educational program is proposed with the purpose of strengthening the processes of sociocultural dynamization, where its residents are the center of attention, so that they acquire new tools for their own benefit. The study combined the use of theoretical, practical and empirical research methods; as well as techniques and instruments for the search for information. The proposal favors inclusive development based on equity, and an improvement of the social, economic and political scenario, promoting the Municipal Development Strategy.
