Abstract

The unstoppable technological advancement in recent years within the educational field has transformed the perspective of those involved in education administrators, teachers, students, and parents. The use of the internet has revolutionized traditional classes, which in some cases have become outdated. Currently, Ecuador is one of the countries in Latin America that did not halt its educational system during the pandemic; rather, it strengthened the use of technology as a means to achieve its educational objectives. This technological space has proliferated the use of various free digital platforms aimed at facilitating distance teaching practices. Consequently, educational platforms have become essential tools in virtual environments for achieving academic goals. The objective proposed was to determine the influence of applying an educational platform to improve the learning of Language and Literature in basic secondary education at the República de Hungría School. The conclusions reached in this research can be considered a starting point for other scientific works, innovating research lines and dismantling obsolete educational paradigms that lack the application of technological digital strategies. Additionally, it is noteworthy that this investigative study has never been applied at the República de Hungría School, marking a scientific novelty in teaching-learning processes.
