Hybrid education in Machala's Unidad Educativa Particular del Pacifico de Machala

Abstract

The learning spaces of the 21st century, the century of knowledge or of the Internet, need to consider the educational opportunities it provides for students to develop a set of learning skills such as: learning to learn, to do, to live together and to be, in order to live and produce in an increasingly complex world. However, there are not always enough trained human resources to adequately manage the teaching-learning process under these circumstances. The search for an answer to this deficiency led to the development of this article, which aims to reflect on the educational model that best fits the particularities of the current Ecuadorian context, its teachers, students and the educational community.
