Procedure for the link between the polytechnic center and the labor entity

Abstract

This article aims to socialize a procedure for the polytechnic center-labor entity link in the initial vocational training process of the Medium Technician in Food Processing. Its main objective is to achieve access to technologies not available at school in order to develop learning processes in real contexts of action where the unity between theory and practice is materialized. During the research process, methodological phases and operations were established to be followed for the implementation of the procedure. These were conceived on the basis of the requirements of the professional model of the food processor. The subsequent introduction of the procedure led to a series of transformations that significantly improved teaching, the design of agreements between the related institutions, the self-preparation of teachers and the motivational and participatory work of students during work practices.
