It consists of a program of physical activities based on health education and therapeutic physical activity that allows improving their quality of life in general. Theoretical and empirical methods were used for this article, which allowed to achieve the proposed objective. The proposal is structured from the interpretative paradigm, according to these assumptions, its methodological elements allow a multidisciplinary approach. To evaluate the feasibility of the program, the criteria of specialists, experts and users were taken into account through the triangulation method, with which positive evaluations were obtained to justify its application.
