This research is aimed at solving deficiencies in the process of marketing and post-sale of private blackboard services to the state sector in the Territorial Division ETECSA, Las Tunas. This process was carried out manually, which resulted in: duplicity and lack of control of invoices, duplicate collections, delays in the accounting record and difficulty in the creation of work orders for the performance of services. For all these reasons, a computer system was implemented to better account for, organize and restructure the work involved in three departments of the company: Sales and Marketing, Network Development and Operations, and Economics. The research is mainly based on the inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods. As a guide for the software development process, the Agile Modeling and Rational Unified Process (AM-RUP) methodologies were selected. Free software technologies were used for the design and implementation of the system, following the country's policy of achieving technological independence. Tests were carried out using the black box computing method to validate the correct operation of the software. The system developed contributes to greater efficiency in services, quality assurance and internal control.
