Didactic model of an integrative task for the professional training of the Agronomy Technician

Abstract

The proposal deals with the design of a didactic management model of the integrative tasks that favors the preparation of the Middle Technician in the Agronomy specialty to solve professional problems in their sphere of action. For this, a scientific approach is used that integrates theoretical methods: historical - logical, analysis - synthesis and induction - deduction, modeling and the systemic-structural-functional; empirical: document analysis, observation, interview, survey, socialization workshop, experiment in its pre-experimental variant, and expert criteria, as well as descriptive and inferential techniques that made it possible to reveal the research problem and consequently connoted the relevance and feasibility of the proposed model, and specified in the methodology of the same nature. The contributions of this research contribute to actively minimize the contradiction between the fragmented treatment of agronomic content and the need for its integrated learning to face the solution of professional problems, mediated by the demands of the integrative task expressed in the professional model of the specialty Agronomy.
