The preparation of the teacher in the direction of the educational work for the development of pedagogical professional guidance

Abstract

One of the fundamental ways for the improvement of teachers is the methodological work that is carried out in each career and discipline, according to the needs in this case of the university because, in order to develop it, it is important to plan, organize, regulate and control the process. Some aspects to be taken into account are the depth, reflection and knowledge that support quality teaching, an aspiration of Cuban higher education today. Therefore, it is proposed to implement the educational work, through an instructive methodological class, to strengthen the pedagogical professional orientation from the class of the subject Psychology I in the career Bachelor of Education, Primary Specialty of the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez". The present article has as background the treatment given to one of the methodological work lines to be developed in the aforementioned career and the most outstanding result is the proposal of methodological procedures that facilitate the performance of other teachers from the application of the same as part of their own subjects. The study applied methods from the theoretical level: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and modeling; and from the empirical level: document analysis. The methodological procedures suggested also contribute to the improvement and reformulation of the professional problems to which the future teacher must offer solutions in the direction of the educational process of primary school children.
