The didactic-methodological improvement of the teacher for teamwork in the university context

Abstract

The present article reveals the ways of the methodological work in the need to attend to the development of the teamwork competence to define how to organize, plan, execute and evaluate, from the teaching, didactic-methodological, research and extension work, the tasks that are assigned to the teachers that involve the teamwork. Its objective is to value the didactic-methodological improvement of teachers for teamwork in the current university context. Methods and techniques of educational research were applied, from which it is recognized that the methodological action, besides collaborating with the solution of problems, constitutes a way of overcoming and permanent scientific and didactic exchange, at the same time that it promotes the development of interpersonal relations with predominance of collaboration, dialogue and teamwork among teachers.
