The formation of university professionals: permanent overcoming

Abstract

The following article aims at the proposal of a model for the direction of the overcoming of the teachers from the basic secondary school. In this sense, the training of educators should be in a context that is an example in professional performance. Therefore, the professional who wishes to be trained is one who is capable of developing in his students’ interests towards the problems of social, family and individual life. Also, to develop logical thinking, the ability to search and formulate problems. This implies that it is competent and able to defend its own points of view, problematize knowledge and flexibility in the projection of strategies.
