Elements of communication skills in the sports community

Abstract

In this work the elements to achieve communicative skills in the sports community are addressed, in this activity more attention has been paid to the different elements, characteristics, types of communication taking into account the deficiencies that are manifested between athletes or between coach and athlete detected through observation and the application of different tests. A theoretical foundation is made about these problems based on different methods of scientific research. And the importance that has in the sports environment the communication that is manifested through interpersonal relationships between parents, coaches, committees and athletes, vital to maintain harmony in any sports entity.
