A quasi-experimental study of therapeutic intervention was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of oleozon in the treatment of endogenous dental dyschromia in patients over 12 years of age in the stomatological service of the Policlínico Docente Guillermo Tejas of the municipality of Tunas during the period from January 2019 to April 2020. The study universe consisted of 57 patients and the sample consisted of 26, selected by simple random sampling, which met the inclusion, exclusion and selected exit criteria. Oleozon was applied to the study group and conventional treatment to the control group. The ethical precepts defined for this type of study were complied with. Dyschromia predominated in the group aged 35 to 59 years and in the male sex in the study group. The most affected dental group was the incisors. Oleozon is effective in the treatment of dental dyschromia with a therapeutic response time similar to conventional treatment. No adverse reactions were reported.
