Communication in the work environment of educational organizations

Abstract

Communication plays a substantial role in all organizations as well as educational institutions. In an organization's system, without communication, its operation is not feasible. Communication makes it permissible for people to become, define their goals, work out, cooperate their ideas, make decisions, solve problems, and create changes. Likewise, communication makes it possible to generate an environment where individuals appreciate valued as people. But an organization's communication systems and experiences, as with all human activities, are susceptible to damage when an intact system of assessment and progress is not determined. Employees become part of the company building and feeling, and understand the business because of the actions they take, so that they can greatly benefit from their experience.
