ALGUNAS IDEAS DE L. S. VIGOTSKY ACERCA DE LA ATENCIÓN A LA DIVERSIDAD EN EL PROCESO DOCENTE EDUCATIVO

L. S. VYGOTSKY´S IDEAS ABOUT ATTENDING DIVERSITY IN THE EDUCATIVE PROCESS

Resumen

Este artículo aborda cómo la obra de L. S. Vigotsky, con énfasis en su Teoría Histórico Cultural, su concepto zona de desarrollo próximo (ZDP) y atención a la diversidad, permiten al docente comprender el seguimiento al diagnóstico, las estrategias y vías para atender las diferencias individuales, las posibles transformaciones curriculares a realizar, y la puesta en práctica de su creatividad y la de los alumnos. La comprensión, por parte de los docentes, de la obra vigotskyana les permite elaborar tácticas y estrategias para influir en el aprendizaje y desarrollo exitoso de los escolares, a partir de la aplicación del diagnóstico como punto de partida, el cual debe ser integrador e implicar a todo el sistema de influencias educativas. Además, les posibilita reconocer las diferencias de los sujetos que intervienen en el proceso docente educativo y la necesidad de su interacción.

ABSTRACT

L.S Vygotsky´s work constitutes a paradigm that work for the teachers as a theoretical and methodological instrument once its essence is understood. It enables the attention to diversity from those who participates in the educative process. Its comprehension guarantees the teacher to elaborate tactics and strategies to influence upon the learning process taking into account the diagnosis which should be integrative and must imply all the system of educative influences. The concept of Zone of Proximal Development and the attention to diversity are closely linked to their individualities among the subjects participating in the process, the need for interaction, the search of ways ands methods to transform the new generations qualitatively and quantitatively. The article deals with the socio – historical cultural theory as it considers the diagnosis follow up, the strategies and ways to pay attention to the individualities, the possible curricular transformations to do and the practical insertion of creativity of teachers and students.
