THE PEDAGOGIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL PERFORMANCE IN THE PROCESS OF INITIAL FORMATION OF THE TEACHING STAFF

Resumen

 En el artículo se abordan los fundamentos teóricos del modo de actuación profesional pedagógico a partir del análisis de los criterios de diferentes autores sobre el tema, un acercamiento a las tareas y funciones de los profesionales de la Educación en Cuba, lo cual se define a través del papel de la función docente metodológica en la formación inicial del profesorado en las condiciones actuales.

ABSTRACT

The article dealt with the theoretical mode of teaching performance by analyzing the criteria for different authors on the subject, an approach to the tasks and functions of professional education in Cuba, from defining the role of teaching methodology in the initial training of teachers in the current conditions.
