LA PREPARACIÓN DE LOS DIRECTORES Y TUTORES PARA EL TRABAJO CON LOS DOCENTES EN FORMACIÓN INICIAL DESDE LA MICROUNIVERSIDAD EN EL COMPONENTE EXTENSIONISTA

DIRECTORS AND MENTORS´ PREPARATION FOR THE WORK WITH INITIAL FORMATION TRAINEES IN MICROUNIVERSITIES IN THE EXTENSIONIST COMPONENT

Resumen

El artículo refiere los sustentos teóricos y metodológicos del proceso de la universalización, con el objetivo de lograr la preparación de los tutores para desarrollar el trabajo extensionista con los docentes en formación inicial en las microuniversidades, proceso que exige cambios en las formas de actuar y pensar de sus principales dirigentes y funcionarios, pues resulta necesario eliminar esquemas, barreras y el tradicionalismo en la dirección y toma de decisiones, priorizando la atención al trabajo de la FEU y a las actividades de extensión universitaria. Se incluyen ejemplos de actividades en función de lograr los objetivos propuestos.

ABSTRACT

The article refers the theoretical and methodological foundations which are in correspondence with the process of universalizing the Higher Education, with the objective of attaining mentors´ preparation to develop the extensionist work with teachers to be in their initial formation in microuniversities. This process needs a change in the ways of thinking and acting of its main leaders and people in change, where schemes, barriers and traditionalism should be eliminated in the conduction and decision making, prioritizing the attention to the work of University Students Federation (FEU) and to the activities of University Extension. A system of activities in function of attaining the designed objectives is exemplified.
