LA ATENCIÓN A LA DIVERSIDAD: UN TEMA NECESARIO EN LA ESCUELA CUBANA DE HOY
ATTENTION TO DIVERSITY: A NECESSARY TOPIC IN NOWADAYS' CUBAN SCHOOL
Resumen
En el artículo se exponen fundamentos teóricos necesarios a tener en cuenta para la atención a la diversidad en el aula, proceso que constituye una problemática de trascendencia nacional, por cuanto perfeccionar el trabajo en este sentido es la meta por la que trabajamos los docentes. Para lograr la calidad requerida en el proceso docente educativo se hace necesario atender a la diversidad, empleando diversas vías, técnicas, procedimientos, a partir del conocimiento del diagnóstico integral que tenga en cuenta la familia y la comunidad. El objetivo de este artículo es contribuir a la preparación de los docentes para desarrollar la atención a la diversidad.
ABSTRACT
The significant transformations that are carried out in education today require a deepest reflection of the educators regarding the responsibility they assume in the integral formation of the students. To achieve the quality that we are requested it becomes necessary to take care of the individual differences, using diverse ways starting from an integral diagnosis that focuses on the family and the community. The objective of this article is to contribute with the preparation of teachers for attending individualities.
