LA PREPARACIÓN DE LOS DIRECTIVOS ACERCA DE LA INTRODUCCIÓN DE RESULTADOS CIENTÍFICO-PEDAGÓGICOS
THE UPGRADING OF THE BOSSES ABOUT THE INTRODUCTION OF SCIENTIFIC PEDAGOGICAL RESULTS
Resumen
El efecto de la introducción de resultados científico-pedagógicos se manifiesta en la satisfacción de las necesidades del desarrollo en el proceso docente educativo, lo que en las condiciones actuales reviste gran importancia para la solución de los problemas metodológicos y científico metodológico que se aprecian en los diferentes niveles de la educación general en la Provincia de Las Tunas. En este artículo se incluyen acciones que se proponen para la superación de los cuadros y así contribuir a su preparación para la toma de decisiones en el proceso de mejoramiento de los resultados, mediante la introducción de los resultados científico-pedagógicos, como premisa para la elevación de la calidad de la educación general en todos sus niveles. La factibilidad y efectividad de la propuesta se constató en el proceso de investigación que realizó el autor como parte de su Maestría en Educación.
ABSTRACT
The effect of the introduction of scientific pedagogical results is shown in the fulfilling of the needs of the development in the teaching-learning process, which nowadays is of a great importance for solving the methodological and scientific method that are present in the different levels of the general education in Las Tunas province. This work makes an evaluation of the actions that are proposed to improve the upgrading of bosses and in this way to contribute to their preparation when taking decissions in the process of improving the results by means of the introduction of the scientific pedagogical results, as a premise for the improvement of the quality of the general education in all its levels. The results shown here belong to an investigation that was carried out by the author as part of the requirements of his master theses in sciences of the education.
