THE INVESTIGATIVE COMPONENT OF THE MENTORING IN PEDAGOGIC “MICROUNIVERSIDADES”
Resumen
El artículo aborda algunas características del modelo actual de formación de profesores y el rol del tutor en las microuniversidades pedagógicas. Se muestra cómo mejorar los resultados en la formación inicial investigativa de los profesores, a partir de las condiciones en que se desarrolla la práctica durante los últimos años de la carrera en las microuniversidades, lo cual es posible si la tutoría se sustenta en el ejemplo personal del tutor durante la práctica cotidiana común. Los resultados forman parte de la investigación y experiencia del autor en microuniversidades pedagógicas de secundaria básica en el municipio de Puerto Padre.
ABSTRACT
This article approaches some characteristics of the current model of teacher to be formation and the role of the mentor in pedagogic “microuniversidades”. It is shown how to improve the results of the investigative initial formation of teachers, starting from the conditions in which the in-service course is held during the latter years of the measurement in the “microuniversidades”. This is possible if mentoring is based on mentor`s personality model in the common daily practice. The results shown here form part of the author's research and his own experience in pedagogic “microuniversidades” in the Puerto Padre municipality.
