Indicadores visuales de salud del suelo en agroforestería: una síntesis bibliométrica global (2000–2024)

Esta investigación original tuvo como objetivo cuantificar y analizar la producción científica generada entre 2000 y 2024 sobre la correlación entre Indicadores Visuales Rápidos, parámetros edafoclimáticas y bioindicadores de macrofauna de Sistemas Agroforestales. Mediante un diseño de estudio bibliométrico y un mapeo sistemático de evidencia, se aplicó una estrategia de búsqueda fundamentada en operadores booleanos en Scopus, Web of Science y Dimensions. El proceso de identificación arrojó un total de 209 artículos científicos primarios. Tras la aplicación rigurosa de los criterios de elegibilidad PICO, se determinó la exclusión de 200 estudios, resultando un corpus final de apenas 9 investigaciones que cumplieron con la totalidad de los requisitos de validez estadística. El análisis de datos, ejecutado a través de síntesis narrativa y modelo bibliométrico en R, permitió descubrir correlaciones significativas entre dichos indicadores específicos y mediciones cuantitativas de materia orgánica. La solidez de estas variables mostró una dependencia crítica del tipo de Sistemas Agroforestales y del contexto bioclimático regional. Se concluye que, si bien los Indicadores Visuales Rápidos son herramientas de bajo costo con alto potencial para el monitoreo participativo, existe una brecha investigativa alarmante. El reducido número de estudios elegibles subraya la necesidad de validaciones multiescala que consoliden la confiabilidad de estos indicadores para su adopción técnica global.
