MEDIACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA EN LA TUTORÍA DE LOS PROFESIONALES DE LA EDUCACIÓN EN FORMACIÓN INICIAL
TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIATION IN MENTORING OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN INITIAL TRAINING
Resumen
En el artículo se argumenta la necesidad de que la tutoría científico investigativa esté en correspondencia con los avances de la ciencia y la tecnología, debido al reto que tienen los profesionales de la educación de utilizar las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el desarrollo de sus actividades docentes e investigativas. Se exponen las potencialidades de la tutoría en la investigación científica que realizan los docentes en formación inicial, con el empleo de las tecnologías como elemento mediador, lo cual permite optimizar la actividad y la comunicación entre tutor y docente en formación, creando nuevas relaciones y cambios en las funciones de ambos.
ABSTRACT
The article describes the need for scientific research tutoring is in line with the progress of science and technology, due to the challenge facing education professionals to use information and communications technology in the development of their teaching and research activities. There is exposed the potential of mentoring in the scientific research carried out by teachers in initial training, with the use of technology as a mediating element, which enables to optimize the activity and communication between the tutor and the teacher to be, creating new relationships and changes in both functions.
