MEJORAMIENTO DEL DESEMPEÑO DEL DOCENTE DE ASIGNATURAS DE FORMACIÓN GENERAL Y BÁSICAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN TÉCNICA Y PROFESIONAL EN LA PROFESIONALIZACIÓN DE LOS CONTENIDOS

IMPROVING THE TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE IN GENERAL AND BASIC FORMATION SUBJECTS FROM THE TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE CONTENTS

Resumen

El trabajo con los docentes de la Educación Técnica y Profesional y, en específico, con los del área de formación general y básicas, permitió, mediante las visitas especializadas, los intercambios informales y la revisión de las actas de los diferentes niveles organizativos, identificar insuficiencias que se presentan en la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las asignaturas y en particular en la profesionalización de los contenidos, que evidencian la necesidad de lograr un mayor enfoque profesional de estos, que asegure su utilización en la formación técnica y aplicación en el ejercicio profesional de los estudiantes. Se asume el término desempeño en la profesionalización de los contenidos como la categoría principal de este artículo, conformado por los conceptos desempeño profesional y profesionalización, el que se justifica por la necesidad de lograr una formación integral del futuro egresado de la enseñanza politécnica.

ABSTRACT

The research carried out with the teachers from the Technical and Professional Education, specifically with those from the area of general and basic formation, throughout the specialized visits, informal interchanges and the supervision of the different documents, allowed the identification of some insufficiencies in the teaching-learning process, mainly in the professionalization of the contents that evidence the need to improve the development of these professors, in order to achieve a greater professional focus of the contents, which assures its use in the technical formation and its application in the students’ professional exercise. It is assumed the term development of the professionalization of the contents as the main category of this research, made up by the concepts professional development and professionalization, which is justified by the need of getting a comprehensive learning of the future professional from the polytechnic education.
