THE SCIENTIFIC ADVISER IN THE INITIAL FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONALS EDUCATION

Resumen

El artículo aborda la fundamentación teórica del proceso de la universalización de la educación superior pedagógica y centra su atención en acciones para fortalecer la relación tutor-estudiante, en el proceso formativo del profesional de la educación en el contexto de la unidad docente. Hace referencia al dominio de las funciones del tutor como orientador de la formación profesional de los estudiantes y una consecuente preparación del personal de las unidades docentes como elementos básicos para que los estudiantes en formación, puedan enfrentar de manera consciente y creadora las transformaciones del nivel educativo en el que desarrollan la práctica laboral. Estos conocimientos y habilidades los adquieren fundamentalmente a partir de la relación de trabajo que establecen con su tutor desde los primeros años, por lo que este artículo constituye una herramienta que contribuye al perfeccionamiento de la tutoría para lograr un egresado con una formación integral.

ABSTRACT

The work is about the thearic foundations of the universalization process of the pedagogic higher education and it focuses the attention on actions for strengthening the relation student-scientific adviser in the formative process of professional of education in the context of the teaching units. It makes references to the knowledge the scientific adviser functions should have to orient the students´ professional formation and a consistent preparation of the personnel of the teaching unit as basic elements for the students´ formation to face up in a conscious and creative way the transformations the of the educative level where he develops his teaching practice at school. These knowledge and skills the students obtain fundamentally from the working relation with the scientific adviser from the first years, for this reason the article constitutes a tool that contributes to the improvement of the tutorship for achieving a graduate with an integral formation.
